Replaced: Beerwin's MDI TaskBar with newer version, it's now really tabbed, but kept-open document number is limited to 101 because of a bug in Delphi's MDI system. It should work up to over 150, but the MDI system becomes unstable with over 110 open windows(and i do'nt know who can work with so many documents at the same time - my maximum was 57 at the same time, but only once. My average is 10-20 docs in the same time).
Modified: In no-open-document state, the program now shows it's MRUD's in upper left corner, below the Tag Palette.
Added:    Save All and Close all menu items in the main menu
Fixed:    Save dialog now prompts for overwrite again
Added:    Progress window for close all(because close all may take a bit longer and cause the program to stop responding - just to see, it did'nt crash :) )

It gives the possibility to configure the toolbar separately, without opening the Customizer. For adding new items to the toolbar, the Customizer still is needed.
Added:    SQL queries can be now loaded from a file and they can be saved too.
Added:    Now View In Browser(F12) can be configured so it can preview from Localhost (http://localhost). This option needs a web server installed on the SAME computer where PlainHtml is installed. Recommended for PHP developers. Turning on the preview from localhost option when no webserver is installed renders View in browser unusable, but this can be fixed by unmarking the "Preview From Localhost" checkbox on the Options dialog.
