The forum is the main component of th support center. Bugtracker membership is not available.The forum has the place for bug reporting and feature requests, and the most important stuff will be introduced into the bugtracker.

If you feel, that your problem, or suggestion is too important and will benefit either the project and the community, just mark it with a [*bt*] sign. This will tell, that the problem is worth to solve in a faster way, and also is important. Please do not abuse this possibility. Otherwise, you may be banned.

Talkback was a quick feedback opportunity for the everyday BWS product user. It was accessible through PlainHTML 6.

Talkback feature has been removed from PlainHTML 7. It will be replaced by a menu link to the BWS Forum and Bugtracker.
